Teresa Keegal works for Hounslow & Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust as Community Dementia Practitioner. She was instrumental in setting up the dementia service 6 years ago to support those living with dementia in the community and their families. A part of her role is to provide teaching for NHS staff to raise dementia awareness to ensure their needs are met appropriately alongside all other NHS care required.
