Parita spent 6 years working with Oomph Wellness, a social enterprise which is the largest Wellbeing provider for the care sector. She was an early employee and played a critical role in supporting the scale-up of the organisation from 6 to 80+ employees between 2014-2019. She ran the Wellbeing training division which supports all staff in the care home, particularly Activity Coordinators, to create a vibrant programme of activities and ensure residents live a full life for life. Her role at Board meetings and as the Impact Director also allowed her to help drive strategic direction across the whole organisation. Therefore, she is deeply passionate about the mission and intergenerational approach of Brighter Together and her care sector wellbeing experience brings value to our charity. Currently, she is the Deputy Director at Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for social good, within its ‘A Healthy Life’ mission. Previously, she worked in a Financial Services strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman which gives her insight into holding Brighter Together to account financially.​
